Our Team
Dr. Richard Díaz
DNP, FNP/PMHNP-BC
With 23 years of medical experience under his belt, Dr. Díaz has vast knowledge on all the ins and outs of healthcare. As a veteran, having served under the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, he also understands the complex issues that can arise from service in the military.
Sandy Díaz
LVN
Sandra Diaz is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who works with her husband Richard P. Diaz, DNP, FNP/PMHNP-BC to provide acute quality patient care.
She believes in motivating and setting goals for patients so they can live a longer, healthier lifestyle. She enjoys working with a team to provide the best care possible. Sandra is passionate for all patients and truly enjoys being a nurse.
Sandra received her license through St. Philips College in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas, where she has worked in Recovery Treatment Centers & Family Clinics. She is also certified in Botox & Filler injections. She enjoys traveling with her family & spending time with her two Labrador Retrievers and two miniature Dachshunds.
Dr. William Loving
ABPN, ABAM
For over 30 years, Dr. Loving has been a well-known expert in chemical dependency. Dr. Loving has treated psychiatric patients, chemically-dependent patients, and patients with both psychiatric and chemical dependency problems , known as “dual diagnosis” in addition to being Medical Director for decades.
Dr. Paul Tillson-Mayer
Medical Director for Family Practice
Dr. Tillson-Mayer is our Medical Director for Family Practice. A frequent speaker on trauma management, tactical combat casualty care, and battlefield medicine at national medical conferences and symposiums, we are grateful to have him on board our team. His expertise in serving a variety of populations within a wide range of needs is just what our community needs.
Mary Haggerty-Casarez
PMHNP, ACNP
Mary is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) & an Acute Care Adult Nurse Practitioner (ACNP). Mary is certified by The American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANC) and has been serving as a nurse with years of experience in critical care, ACLS, ICU, healthcare management, direct patient care, critical care medicine, and hospitals.
Zachary Díaz
Zachary is the Office Manager for Arbor Mental Health & Family Medical Center. Zachary brings over 10 years of administrative experience. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Zachary. As the Office Manager, he is responsible for all office procedures, manages and oversees the administration team within the clinic, and uses his organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
